Paul received his Bachelor Degree of Computing in 1999, and the Master of Multimedia Computing in 2001, both from Monash University, Australia.

After graduation he was worked in the IT industry in Melbourne and gained intensive experience in Web development and Multimedia field.

During the time in the University, he also worked as a part-time Tutor teaching Computer programming and Multimedia Subjects at Monash.
