Mr. William CHOW - Principal

William is the first group of computer system engineers in the Hong Kong IT Circles. He is the pioneer of Computer Education in Hong Kong.
In earlier 70's, William began to provide computer system consultation services for Hong Kong's enterprises.

In 1981, William established the first computer school in Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Computer Institute (HKCI) which provided exam preparation courses for Professional bodies. The Institute for the Management of Information Systems (IMIS), City and Guilds, etc.

Jointly offer IT Degree Course with Bolton Institute early in 1995, then partnered with Jinan University, China on “One Course Two Degree” concept. Thousands of IT professionals graduated from HKCI are actively serving in various size and nature of companies in Hong Kong.

Besides education, William also participates in social services. He was the president of the Shatin Rotary Club in 2000 - 2001. During his term, he participated in the Hope Project in China and set up the IT institute for the elders in the Shatin District.

Since 1998, William is the committee president of "Information Technology New Era - for Teaching and Learning", an activity joint providing the Shatin Rotary Club and the Hong Kong Environmental Protection Bureau, jointly organized by computer training and competition for Primary and Secondary schools students.

William held the post of Vice-President for Eastern District Guardian Teacher Association and the President of Guardian Teacher Association of Methodist Primary School in North Point.
